Authorsitas Membership Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Authorsitas Membership Program, operated by Authorsitas LLC (“Authorsitas,” “we,” or “us”).
By joining any membership tier—Supporter, Authority, or Elite—you (“Member,” “you”) agree to comply with these Terms, as well as the site’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Each tier offers unique benefits designed to connect you with the creative vision of Authorsitas: “Wear Perspective. Hear Guidance. Discover Purpose.”

2. Membership Tiers and Benefits

A. Supporter Tier

Benefits:

• Early access to selected blog posts.

• Exclusive access to lyrics, drafts, and written reflections from the creative vault.

Terms:

• Access is for personal, non-commercial use only and available only while the membership is active.

• Members may not copy, repost, sell, or share exclusive materials publicly.

• All content remains the intellectual property of Authorsitas LLC.

• Payments renew automatically and are non-refundable once access is granted.

B. Authority Tier

Benefits:

• 🎵 Exclusive Music – Access to unreleased and private tracks.

• 🛍 Member-Only Merchandise & Discounts – Early access to exclusive clothing drops and promotional offers.

• 📝 Early Access to Blog Posts – Insightful posts available before public release.

Terms:

• Exclusive materials are for personal enjoyment only and cannot be distributed, reproduced, or sold.

• Discount codes and early-access links are non-transferable and intended for active members only.

• All content remains the property of Authorsitas LLC and is protected by copyright law.

• Membership renews automatically through secure payment processors (Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).

• Because digital content is available immediately, payments are non-refundable once membership begins.

C. Elite Tier

Benefits:
Includes all Authority Tier benefits plus:

• ✍️ Lyric Production on Submission – Members can submit original lyric drafts for creative feedback or potential collaboration.

• 📰 Blog Post on Submission – Members may submit personal stories or creative reflections for potential publication on the Authorsitas blog.

Terms:

• Submissions are reviewed and approved at Authorsitas’ discretion and do not guarantee publication or production.

• By submitting lyrics or writings, you affirm that the work is original and owned by you.

• You grant Authorsitas LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, edit, and publish or produce the submission if approved.

• Authorsitas may use approved works for promotional purposes, including your name or chosen credit handle.

• You retain ownership of your submitted work but agree that co-produced or published versions may be showcased or distributed as part of the Authorsitas creative platform.

• Any feedback or edits provided by Authorsitas are offered as part of the membership service and are not eligible for monetary compensation.

3. Payments and Renewals

• All memberships are recurring subscriptions, billed monthly or annually.

• Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

• Members may cancel at any time before the next billing date via their Wix account.

• Due to instant digital delivery and access, all payments are non-refundable after purchase.

4. Content Release and Availability

• Exclusive materials (songs, blog posts, lyric access, and feedback opportunities) are released periodically, with no guaranteed frequency.

• Authorsitas may update, replace, or remove content at any time to maintain creative and technical quality.

• Submission windows for the Elite Tier may close temporarily during production periods.

5. Intellectual Property

• All songs, designs, lyrics, writings, artwork, and multimedia content remain the intellectual property of Authorsitas LLC.

• Members receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license for private enjoyment only.

• Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or resale of exclusive content is strictly prohibited.

• Violations may result in immediate termination of membership and potential legal action.

6. Termination and Misuse

• Authorsitas reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund if a Member:

  • Violates these Terms,

  • Shares or misuses exclusive materials,

  • Submits plagiarized content, or

  • Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

• Upon cancellation or termination, all membership privileges and access to exclusive content will end immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Authorsitas is not responsible for technical interruptions, data loss, or device incompatibility.

• All materials are provided “as is” for artistic inspiration and personal growth.

• Authorsitas does not guarantee commercial, financial, or artistic success as a result of membership participation.

8. Updates to These Terms

• Authorsitas may revise or update these Terms at any time.

• The most recent version will always be posted on www.authorsitas.com.

• Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
