 Authority Tier

Benefits:

• All benefits of the Supporter Tier, plus:

  • Exclusive unreleased music (streaming)

  • Member-only merchandise access & discounts

  • Early access to blog posts and special content

Key Terms:

• All exclusive music and content are for personal enjoyment only.

• Discount codes and early-access offers are non-transferable and for active members only.

• Content remains the property of Authorsitas LLC.

• Membership is a recurring subscription; payments are non-refundable once access is granted.

 Elite Tier

Benefits:

• All benefits of the Authority Tier, plus:

  • Lyric production on submission: you may submit original lyric drafts for review or potential collaboration.

  • Blog post submission: you may submit content for potential guest-writing, with the possibility of full posting status.

Key Terms:

• Submission does not guarantee publication or production.

• By submitting, you assert your work is original and owned by you. You grant Authorsitas LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to edit, publish, or use your submitted work if approved.

• You retain ownership of your work, but accepted and produced versions may be showcased or distributed.

• Membership remains recurring; payments are non-refundable once benefits or submission privileges begin.

 Payments, Renewals & Cancellations

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via secure payment processors.

• You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard or within the payment system before the next billing cycle.

• Because digital content and exclusive access is granted upon subscription, all payments are non-refundable once benefits are accessible.

• If you fail to pay or billing fails, your membership may be suspended or terminated.

Intellectual Property & Content Use

• All music, lyrics, designs, blog posts, artwork, and multimedia content provided via memberships remain the intellectual property of Authorsitas LLC or its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the membership content for personal consumption only.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, resell, remix, or broadcast any exclusive content without our prior written consent.

• Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of membership and potential legal action.

Submission Rules (Elite Tier)

• Submissions of lyrics or blog content are subject to review. We may edit for clarity or alignment with brand tone.

• If accepted, we may publish your work under your chosen name or handle.

• We are not obligated to accept or publish. No financial compensation is guaranteed for submissions or published works.

• You affirm that your submission is original, not infringing on third-party rights, and you assume responsibility for any claims.

Content Availability & Changes

• We strive to deliver content regularly, but grant no guarantee of specific release dates, quantity, or frequency.

• We may update, edit, remove, or replace any content at our discretion.

• Membership benefits may evolve; we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features or tiers, provided we give notice of material changes.

Member Conduct & Community Rules

• Members must behave respectfully in comments, forums, and interactions. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and intellectual property violations are prohibited.

• We reserve the right to suspend, ban or remove any member for misconduct without refund.

• Members agree to abide by any community guidelines posted on the site.

Termination

• You may terminate your membership at any time via your account or cancellation process; termination ends future billing but does not typically refund past payments.

• We may suspend or cancel membership for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misconduct. Access to content will cease immediately when termination occurs.

• Termination does not invalidate obligations accrued prior to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

• Membership content is provided “as is” for personal inspiration and enjoyment; we make no guarantees of commercial, artistic, or financial outcomes from membership.

• Authorsitas LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the membership program.

• Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations of liability; where unenforceable, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Amendments to Terms

• We may revise these Terms at any time. The most recent version is posted on our website.

• Your continued membership or use of benefits after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• If material changes are made, we may send notice by email to your registered address.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution​

• Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Missouri, unless otherwise required by law.

• If required by law or regulation, disputes may be subject to arbitration rather than litigation.
